"Support was quicker than I expected"
I thought it might take a while to hear back, but actually, support replied fast and got everything sorted out.

"The app usually works fine for me..."
The app usually works fine for me, but the website is really hit or miss. Some days it loads without any issues, and other times it just freezes and won’t respond at all. It’s getting frustrating enough that I’m probably going to escalate it to support because it’s been happening too often

"Refund was easier than I thought"
I had to cancel my movie tickets at the last minute because something came up, and I was expecting it to be a hassle. The refund option wasn’t too hard to find, though I did have to click around for a minute, uh, before I got to the right spot.

The money came back after a few days, so it wasn’t instant, but it was totally fine. I do wish the cancellation details were a little clearer before checkout, but overall it worked out and I’d use MovieTickets.com again.

I used movietickets.com to grab seats, it was just kind of a hassle. The site felt a little clunky, pages were loading slower than I expected, and at one point it kicked me back and I had to pick my theater again, which was annoying.

I did end up getting the tickets, so it worked in the end, I guess. But the whole process felt more stressful than it probably should have, and I’d only use it again if there wasn’t really a better option.

"Tickets showed up right away"
I booked my movie tickets through movietickets.com while I was sitting on the couch trying to decide if I had enough time to grab dinner before the show. The confirmation email came through almost instantly, and the tickets opened fine on my phone. When I got to the theater, scanning them was quick and easy. No drama, no weird delays, nothing to figure out, which is all I was hoping for. I’d use movietickets.com again

Booking was simple and the tickets worked without any problems, so I can’t complain too much. The fees are definitely a little irritating though, whoever runs this could probably chill with those a bit. Still, compared to some other sites, it’s not the worst. Overall, it’s decent value when I just don’t feel like waiting in line

Yes how do i use my gift card with fandago. i got movietickets.com gift cards from a friend but when i try to use it on fandago it doesn't work
